Hey there! Im currently using the sandbox, to make prove of concept and im trying to anwser some dooubts. 1 - When passing to a production environment the sandbox is migrated or stays as it is? 2 - When passing to a production environment the templates and the layouts are migrated? Is automatic? Or I need to recreate then step by step? 3 - How long normally does it take the GoLive Process? 4 - What about branding, is there any branding that only can be done by onespan support? 5 - The message content of the emails, how can i define the default text for the default emails? Does OneSpan as a formated file that we have to fulfilled and upload or deliver to support? Thanks!

Hi there, To answer the questions: 1 – When passing to a production environment the sandbox is migrated or stays as it is? A: The sandbox environment stays as it is. You can keep the account for future test or suspend it. 2 – When passing to a production environment the templates and the layouts are migrated? Is automatic? Or I need to recreate then step by step? A: We have a copy tool in the code share allowing you to migrate all templates and layouts from sandbox to production environment. It's run at your side but there's a step by step guide attached showcasing you how to use the tool. 3 – How long normally does it take the GoLive Process? A: It depends on the project, you can reach out to your CSR for further discussion. 4 – What about branding, is there any branding that only can be done by onespan support? A: Designer page customization(hide buttons and functions), Signing Ceremony customization(change logo, hide buttons, change thank you dialog text, change handover link/text, etc.) and other available account level settings have to go through our support team. Does OneSpan as a formated file that we have to fulfilled and upload or deliver to support? A: You can find the complete list of email templates and their default HTML contents from this documentation. Do your customization and send the HTML back to our support team, we will assist you do the changes. Few points to notice about the email customization: (1) email template in OneSpan Sign is per language, so create templates for different languages when sending to our support (2) There're some dynamic parameters to involve in each template like $SYSTEM_MESSAGE; or $RECIPIENT_NAME;, check the documentation above for detailed information (3) please make sure that your HTML email is cross-client/browser, this is out of the support.
