Hi,

I want to merge one owner account to another account. from the merge sender option, 3) before merging the account owner to another account, please set one of regular sender of origin account as account owner.

my question: later,  is is possible to merge this owner account back to original one and take the ownership from the sender?

Hi Cindy,

 

Yes, it's possible to revert the operation, and have account owner back to the original account and take back the ownership. Follow the instructions, and merge the owner account once again. Also please make sure that you can successfully perform the merge in the development environment before making any changes to the production environment.

sure, we only do in the testing environment. by the way, do you know why we can't delete the account in the system. for example, my username only can exist once per environment, and sometimes I need the account for different LOBs which has different setting, it makes me to merge back and forth. is there any easy way to do?
