Template with blank recipient
Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 12:01pmI'm creating a template and it appears I have to set the recipient as placeholder and when the users use this template they have to change it from placeholder to recipient? Is there a way I can create a template that has the recipient section not prefilled?

For current implementation, it's not possible to have a recipient without firstname, lastname or email. But from my understanding, the concept "recipient with blank information" exactly means the placeholder. If the pain point you are facing is: you want to save the action that change the placeholder to recipient (click the head icon and choose "Recipient" from the list) every time creating a package, maybe to raise an Enhancement Request asking for a UI with better user experience could work.
