Success Message "This packagae is complete"

Our client would like to either remove this or customize based on language preferences - can you please advise if this is feasible and what parameters in the rest api or client side that we can use to achieve the same.

The completion message on the tool bar is customizable, per language:
It's an account level setting that applied to all packages, so simply raise your request to our support team, and our agent will help you set up your account.
