Administrating users

You can perform administrative tasks centrally for every user in the User Administration tab. These tasks include:

  • Changing a user password
  • Changing the user status
  • Updating the user’s security role

To change a user password

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Administration. In the users list, click the Password button under the Edit column for the user whose password you want to change.
  2. In the edit password form, enter the new password and click Save. The new password is effective immediately.

    The new password must be provided to the user. The user will be prompted to change the password and confirm the change on the Risk Analytics Presentation Service login page upon their next log-in.
