Providing the ASP certificates to OneSpan

You should send the ASP certificate or certificate chain to OneSpan, depending on the ASP certificate option chosen:

  • Option 1: One file containing self-signed certificate
  • Option 2: One file containing root and leaf certificates
  • Option 3: One file containing root, intermediate and leaf certificates

You must not send the ASP private key, which is stored inside the PKCS #12 file, to OneSpan!

OneSpan requests you to deliver the certificate files via e-mail. This e-mail should at least include the following:

  • Recipients. [email protected] and [email protected]
  • Subject. TID platform – SSL/TLS certificates from asp-name

    where asp-name indicates your name.

  • Attachment. The ASP certificate in a PEM file.

Providing test ASP certificates to OneSpan

The certificates should have exactly the same format as the production certificates, but have different values for the keys. You need to provide the following files, depending on the ASP certificate option you have chosen:

  • Option 1:

    • One file containing leaf private key
    • One file containing self-signed certificate
  • Option 2:

    • One file containing leaf private key
    • One file containing root and leaf certificates
  • Option 3:

    • One file containing root, intermediate, and leaf certificates

OneSpan requests you to deliver the certificate files via e-mail. This e-mail should at least include the following:

  • Recipients. [email protected] and [email protected]
  • Subject. TID platform – Test SSL/TLS certificates from asp-name

    where asp-name indicates your name.

  • Attachment. The ASP private key and certificate or certificate chain in a PEM file.
