I'm looking for a response to this as well. I've tried setting logo to false and empty string as well. In both cases, I get an invalidJson error from eSign. Is our only option to contact support to remove the logo?

Hi Michael, I meant to respond to this earlier as I think I found a solution. I haven't tried passing in a blank or translucent image. The logo was removed, however, by omitting the "brandingBar" object all together from my settings. Here is what I'm sending through the REST API directly:

UPDATE: setting "brandingBar" to null also works

Hi Haris, We've come across a number of email validation errors outside of the 3 you listed. Most recently, we were testing with this email:

[email protected]

From what I gather, it must be the capital 's' at the end of the string. The error message is the same as the one listed at the top of this thread. Are there other checks in place?

Thanks for the response, Haris. Does this mean there must be a signer for every package in order for a reviewer to view only? In other words, I can't create a package with only a reviewer?

Sure, I can try creating the template directly through the API. Is the id the only thing that can't be changed through the update request?
