I've checked my code and I think I am using PdfAcroFormTextBoxField for the second doc (no signature fields).

It looks like when I sign on the document, and download the document from OnespanSign Dashboard, the textbox is showed as SignField.

I am attaching original document for the second doc.

I could not imagine that textbox's background color was causing the issue!

Thank you for  the answer.

First, I do not have support ticket.

However, for any new incidents, I have requested our QA team to provide its  package number, and when it happened.

When I get updates from them, I will let you know as well.

I could not do it thru the API methods, but I found a walk around.

I used transparent form fields in the PDF editor and placed them on the checkbox & radio buttons.

Their sizes can be adjusted by adjusting the form field size.
