Thank you for clarifying. I have few more questions around this

1. In above two scenarios, OSS will send notify the consumer but how can a consumer take these transactions forward to closure?

2. if consumer application unable to download the zip (with signed docs) then how do we retry to  get these zips (docs) downloaded? what if RETRY option is not available? What if RETRY fails?

3. What if application / consumer submitted the request but OSS did not acknowledge? what could be the next steps from OSS

Hi Duo, can you please help on above questions

Thanks for the information Duo.

We are able to create package with 3 types of documents(View, Sign and Accept) as explained above and it is working fine for 1 signer.

It seems that in case of multiple signers, and document type as Accept, only signer 1 is able to accept the document and rest all other signers have view only access to it. 

How can we create a package where all signers can accept the document(Document type is accept) ?

It would be great if you share the JOSN request and document visibility API details.

Hi Duo,

Want to clarify one more thing on the above limitation. Is this limitation valid only for multiple recipients or for single recipients also.

(Example: Multiple docs with single recipient (doc1: sign, doc2: accept) - Is it valid?)
