This CSV file contains the SharePoint list definition used in the OneSpan Sign Workato SharePoint example recipes. Import it into SharePoint to create the sample list structure needed to trigger a OneSpan Sign transaction when a new list item is added and to store transaction details such as signing status. Use this list together with the sample PDF and the related example recipes for sending documents for signing and downloading completed documents.
