403 forbidden http status , while calling api access token

While calling the prod url for getting access token through Postman
https://apps.esignlive.com/apitoken/clientApp/accessToken
with client id, secret and type. I am getting 403 forbidden.
Am I using the correct url? as for Sandbox it is working fine.

Your URL looks fine to me. Could you first make sure the client ID and secret are correct and if the error persists, you can re-register anther client application from your dashboard and see if that solved the issue.
