6 different timezones

If our account owners are all in Toronto but our senders are across Canada  do you suggest that senders set their own personal profile timezone?

Hi Lori,

Specifying sender level time zone enables all new transactions to move forward and inherit the sender level time zone configuration as default. If a package was specified with time zone, it mainly reflects in signature timestamp, signing date:

11-12-2

As well as in evidence summary:

11-12-1

If, for example, a sender was in Vancouver and you want all transactions created by him/her by default in America/Vancouver timezone, it could be a good idea setting up sender level profile.

Hi Lori,

If you hit the head icon on top right of the dashboard and choose "My Account", then double check the time zone setting, this time zone should be default to newly created templates as shown below. To notice, changing time zone won't update existing templates or transactions.

11-18-1
