Adding a DatePicker Field to a document

When preparing a document through the web UI, I can't see any option to add a DatePicker field to the document. When I say DatePicker, I'm talking about a field where the recipient gets to choose a date.
Is there any way to achieve this without the recipient manually typing the date?
