Hi mmarozas, For long term access to documents, we recommend to our customers that they store the document and evidence summary for each transaction in their own system. But you can still have direct access from OSS with a download link as long as you want if the package is in "COMPLETE" status . For downloading documents, you can definitely check with this guidance.
