Completing text boxes AND signature in one document?
Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 03:18pmWhen I send a document for completion and signature, they are seeing the colorful blue box directing them to sign the document but are overlooking the text boxes that also need to be completed in the same document. Is there a check and balance that prevents signature if the text boxes are not filled?
Also, the text boxes are so large, the signer cannot see what they are supposed to put in the box? How can this be resolved? I've attached a screenshot of this.

Thanks for your post! You just need to mark the text field as required in designer page, this will prevent leaving the text field empty value, see the attached screenshot.

How are you placing these signatures and fields? Are you using text tags or document extraction, or you manually add them via designer?
