Copy Tool - Another Question

This Copy Tool question is from another customer. They are trying to migrate all templates and layouts from all senders in their Sandbox account to those same users in the Production account. I should point out that they are not using subaccounts
Some are showing up and some aren't. All appear to be moving over successfully. I attached a link to the recorded session with the customer.

I sent the video this past Friday to that address. It was 6MB or 9MB. Did you receive it?
