document can not containn embedded field

Hello while uplaoding pdf i ma getting this error: {"technical":"Cannot upload document fdgl_doc. Please make sure your document does not contain any embedded files.","name":"Validation Error"} so what can be possible solution for embedded which might have font embedded ??? i have tried to remove embedded pdf but it's going to make pdf format crazy so is there any way we can get out of this??
