Document properties in template not available

0 votes

Hi forum

I'm editing and old template in OSS Web.

Where can I set document properties when I add a new document to an existent template. When I select 3 dots next to document name only  "preview" ,"rename" ,"delete" ,"move up" and/or "move down" are available.

I need to set some document mandatory and others optional. This settings were available in the on-premise version among other options

Image removed.

Hi Mónica,

Which on-premise version were you upgrading from? Without further verification, if a document is optional for a signer, it typically means it only contains optional signatures for this signer, or simply there's no signature for this signer. On the other hand, if there's any required signature for a signer, this document is mandatory to sign.

PS: your screenshot seems to be broken, you can also attach the image as an attachment.

Hi Duo

The document has not signature predefined in the template, we use API after the transaction is created to add signatures or not. Where is the description field and accept-only option now as image oss forum2.png?

Thanks Duo, "Accept only" is what I wanted.

Label field is related to each the approval field in the document. Where is the generic description related to the document itself?
