Hey Imran, Would you be able to elaborate your question a bit more? I'm not really sure what you mean by "download file for concurrent user". If you're simply need help on how to parse JSON responses and download files, you can have a look at this quick start guide: https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/quick-start/check-package-status-and-download-documents-rest/. It should help get you started.

First of all sorry not make understood able.My concern is that through Jmeter I have to to performance test. Suppose it may be postman tool. My key point is that how can I do download or upload file from Postman by using parameters and make it configure in my Jmeter. Suppose this scenarios work for concurrently 5 users at a time by adding 5 thread. So that I can check what was the impact of download and uploading file for 5 users. Please let me know if there is anything. Thanks

In this case, you will need to create 5 different packages and download files from each one. I made a blog a while ago on how to create and send a package using postman (https://www.esignlive.com/blog/esignlive-how-to-using-postman/). You can definitely read through it to have an idea of the parameters you need to make API calls to eSignLive. You can also go through our documentation for the parameters you need to download documents for each package (http://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/rest_api/documents.htm).
