Thanks for your post!
Unfortunately OSS doesn't provide the ability to combine all documents into one PDF, and you will probably have to use a third-party PDF library to do so. And please be aware of that, because every signed documents are tamper sealed individually, reorganizing them into one PDF will invalidate the signed certificates.
