Is it possible to specify the url to a custom company page which contains the iframe signing ceremony? Also, is the signer notification email message/layout to sign a document customizable? Thanks!

Hey detroyer, From the standard email, I don't believe you'll be able to specify a page within your system for the embedding signing session. I could be wrong though. I will check on that. You can, however, work with support ([email protected]) to customize the signing ceremony page to have your logo and what not to look more personalized. You would also contact support to customize the email templates that are sent out from the eSignLive application. Hope this helps.

I was incorrect. When you're working with support to change up the email, they can specify a URL. This URL can be to your system and pass the SigningURL as a parameter. You can then take this on your side and use the signing URL to open a signing session within your own domain.

Thank you. Would this be an account wide setting change? In other words, this would apply to all packages/documents sent for signature? -David

Yes. This would be for the account. However, depending on your licensing model, we might be able to do something with multiple accounts tied to the same license so that the application needing this setup would be separate from your other services. This would be a discussion for your eSL CSR, if you have one or with your sales contact at eSL.
