Hey team, We are looking for setting different contents for each email templates. I found some information about email message from this link: https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/feature-guides/email-message/ Is there any way to use email message in the customized email template? Hi Hanyu, Thanks for posting on our Community! Here's a documentation related to email template where you can find how many email notifications OneSpan Sign supports to customize. Also check this documentation for supported languages, which means you can set different email templates for different languages' users. Take the EMAIL.ACTIVATE notification for example: 
$RECIPIENT_NAME	
$RECIPIENT_ROLE	
$PACKAGE_NAME	
$PACKAGE_OWNER_NAME	
$PACKAGE_MESSAGE	
$LINK_URL	
$SUPPORT_PHONE_NUMBER	
$EMAIL_STYLE
Above variables are the placeholders you can use in your template. And you'll find more explanations about each variable and more examples on that documentation page. The $PACKAGE_MESSAGE placeholder is the email message you set in your package/signer level. And as we discussed above, you can set different email templates for different language's users with different email messages which provides you with very flexible customization capabilities.
