Hi,

I'd like to know how this setting works:

in the settings.feature, if I set "emailDocumentsAndEvidenceSummary" = true, what will happen?

thanks,
Cindy

Hi Cindy,

This setting will affect the email template "email.evidence.summary". If enabled, signed documents(in a zip file) and evidence summary will be attached directly to the email, instead of downloading from the signing ceremony link.

Duo,

1) do I need to enable "email.evidence.summary" in order to receive it?

2) who will receive it? the JSON template specified in the "email.evidence.summary"? Sender or signer?

thanks,

Cindy

Hi Cindy,

(1)Yes, you need to enable it. An email.evidence.summary with attachments should look like below:
5-7-1

(2)Only sender should have access to the evidence summary, therefore the target is sender only.
