Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 05:36pmI'm new to OneSpan Sign ... just switched over from DocuSign. Trying to send a large pdf but I am unable to download it without the ERROR: Cannot process document. Please make sure your document does not contain any embedded files.
DocuSign has no issues with this file.
How do I correct this?

Welcome to OneSpan Sign! Did you receive this error while uploading the PDF or literally when downloading it after the transaction completed? If there's no sensitive information, could you share the PDF you are using to [email protected] so that I can look closer into the issue?
