Error creating package

User is receiving error: 02/25/2019 08:35:41.00: Could not upload documents to package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. HTTP POST on URI https://apps.esignlive.com/api/packages/fnoXU33p3SSUy7mp4T_D6zLeA4o=/documents. Optional details: {"messageKey":"error.validation.verifyDocument.documentExtractError","message":"[error.validation.verifyDocument.documentExtractError]","code":400,"name":"Validation Error"} The document is a Word doc file. Not sure why this error is happening. Thanks, Laena

Hi Laena, Are you using automate extraction features like text anchor? Could you share your payload and document to [email protected] so that I can have a closer look at them? Duo

Thanks for your quick response. I discovered that the document is protected and thus cannot have a signature block placed on it. I will have the user fix and try again. Thanks!
