Error Message for required fields before getting to the document

0 votes

Guys,

We are seeing some issues where we have a document that is about 4 or 5 pages down that has some required fields and required radio buttons. We are getting an error message on various pages prior to those required fields that tell us we have radio buttons that are required. Those buttons are not a part of any other approval on any other page so we are curious to know why we are getting this error.

Also, just to note, we are able to complete the signing of this package.

Any thoughts, comments, suggestions?

Hi Ryan,

It's good to hear from you! Are you testing the no signature field feature? Can I have the package ID of this one?

Duo - Yeah, it's been a while. Things have been working great so no need to raise fire alarms. haha

Here is a packageID of the transaction we were testing where we got the error.

"28PIiB6tcj6DX-Kt9hexAKRaz-Y="

Also, no we are not testing the no signature field feature.

Hi Ryan,

For this transaction, I only saw radio buttons and text fields on the fourth document "Notary Borrower" for Notary to sign on page 8 and 9, and I can't reproduce the same behavior getting an error message on various pages prior to those required fields.

If you can reproduce the issue, could you report it to our support team for further analyze?

Duo - I will work on getting another reproduced error.
