Esigning process not translating to French
Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 04:06pmOur OneSpan account is customer-facing and we support French speaking customers. Most of the signing process translates to French properly expect the 'Thank You' message attached.
Is there something we're missing that triggers this in the proper language that we might be missing?

The default thank you summary in French localization should look like below:
So I am wondering if your English settings has override your French one. If you send the account email, the OneSpan Sign system environment, and a sample package ID to [email protected], I can have a quick check with your account settings.

Friday, October 9, 2020 at 09:13amHi Andrew,
Thanks for the information and I can reproduce the same. From my perspective, it looks like a New Signer Experience issue that it still reads your English string customizations instead of French (you don't have French customization in your case, so should roll back default French labels).
I do have found a quick workaround to bypass this, but I believe it might be better if we report it to R&D team and have it fixed at product level. I will create a support ticket on your behalf (because quests to change your account settings should still come from your email directly) and explain the nature of issue there.
PS: I removed your last reply since there are some sensitive information.

Also received the email thread with R&D. Thanks again.
