Exclude Package owner in the Signing completed/download email notification??

0 votes
Hello, Once all the signing ceremony is completed, there is one email notification getting triggered from "e-SignLive " to all the signers by including package owner in "CC" of that email. Email notification reference is here: Signing is completed for e-SignPackage "XXXXXXXXX on Fri, 29 Apr 2016 16:03:12 -0500". You can securely download your signed documents here: is it possible to exclude the Package Owner in this email Notification ? if yes, what is the setting needs to be enabled or disabled. Please advise --Thank you

Okay. I just heard back on this. The owner/sender CAN be removed from the CC line. All you need to do is contact [email protected] and have them modify that notification on the back end, in your account. :)

Before I look into it, are you wanting a notification to still go to the package owner? Or just stop notifying the package owner altogether? Let me know.

Thanks for the response. I want to stop notifying the package owner in that completed signed document email. Right now it is including package owner in the CC of that email notification. I want to stop that to include the package owner. Hope this answers your question. -- Thank You

I'm looking into whether the package sender/owner can be taken off of the CC line of the email. One thing you could definitely do is to create a listener, sign up for callback notification of events. This way, you'd be able to control everything from your own side. I will let you know about the CC of the default email as soon as I hear back!

I have a similar question related to emails and who gets sent the emails. Is it possible to CC a "reviewer"on the email.expire and email.opt-out emails? By "reviewer", I mean a Signer that does not have any signature tags.

You could specify a "reviewer" on the CC line by contacting [email protected]. The catch is that you can only have once person CC'd on this, so to replace with an email address for a "reviewer", you'd have to take the package owner off of the cc line. Hopefully this answers your question.
