Fields - misplaced after PDF sent to customer
Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 10:11amFew Senders reported that when they set up the Fields such as Signature / Signer Initials they got misplaced from their side however from signer side - the document was fine and can be completed the signing without any issue.
Please kindly advise on this issue.

Did your senders see the misplacement from the designer page? And is it consistent - #1 except the initial design, does the offset always there every time viewed the designer page? #2 if create a new package with this document, will there always be a display issue?
On top of my head, it might relate to the document page size (not an A4 size) that caused the offsets of the field coordinates. If you are able to pull the package JSON, could you have a quick check at
"documents" array > "pages" array > the index of page > "width" and "height"
Normally a 8.5 * 11 inches PDF will be converted to 796 * 1030 pixels in OneSpan Sign system
