First signer confirmation popup

Hi, we are having integrated solution with our front end using eSignLive as the back-end. On the signing ceremony the first user after signing documents and completing his part of workflow does not get message what do do next. Is this an expected behaviour? If not how to fix it?

Just a couple questions for you: Is this an "in-person" signing session or just the single signer (or at least just a single signer at a time)? Have you turned off the "continue..." link above the document frame when the signer completes? Either way, if this is not good enough, there is a "thank you dialog" box that you can turn on by default through [email protected]. You can even customize the text in this pop up to direct your end users.

our workflow at this time consists of 2 signers (its a broker /client process). as soon as broker designs package with signature brokers goes and signs documents. At that point there is no message what to do next. Maybe its important to say that we don't use your UI except for signing ceremony within iFrame. So broker engages signing process within application - not by email invitation.
