Getting "The API key is not valid. Please verify that you enter a valid API key." when trying to connect in Salesforce

I created an OneSpan Sign sandbox account and I'm trying to connect via the Salesforce OneSpan app however when I try I get an API key is not valid error. Has anyone ran into this before?

Hi socalcheesehead03,

 

Are you hitting the error when configuring this screen (I attached a screenshot)? From what I understand, SFDC production/developer environment can only point to OSS production account, while SFDC sandbox account can only point to OSS sandbox account. If it's related to your issue, please further confirm this with our support team.
