How to avoid showing "OneSpan Consent Document"?

0 votes

Hi Team,

We are creating a wrapper around OneSpan API and We have embedded the signing process through signer token wherein every signing we end up getting "OneSpan Consent Document".

Is there any way I can handle this differently and directly show the document to be signed instead of showing  "OneSpan Consent Document"?

Hi Srinivasan K K,

This document is so called "Default Consent Form" in OneSpan Sign, you can contact support team and either to remove or upload a customized default consent.

Some of the most notable behaviors of the default consent form are:

  1. Default consent is always displayed at the beginning of the signing ceremony.
  2. The default consent form acts as a blocking point. the signer won’t be able to view the subsequent documents without completing the default consent form first.
  3. The default consent form will be automatically added to every transaction and you won’t be able to send a transaction consisting of the default consent form alone
