How can we display the signing date in pdf with french characters

Hi , Currently we are sending the Value for the date as mentioned below but still getting the date as 2017-04-20 (yyyy-mm-dd) format. { "binding" : "{approval.signed}", "extract" : "true", "name" : "DateAuthPropIns1", "subtype" : "LABEL", "type" : "INPUT", "value": "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss 'GMT'" } Please share me the sample json request for displaying signing date in customized format (JJ/MMM/AAAA) for french. Also, need the format to display for English application as DD/MMM/YYYY. Please refer attached screenshot for your reference
