The OneSpan Sign SMS service is only used to authenticate recipients when they opened the transaction. If you are looking for delivering the transaction URL via SMS instead of the default email delivery, you can follow below steps and integrate with your own SMS service:
(1)contact support team and disable the "email.activate" notification.
(2)create and send a transaction.
(3)retrieve the signing URL and deliver the link via your own SMS service.
