Hi, I'd like to know how to download the flatten version of signed document via REST API? does it also configured in the account level? Currently, we are using something like the below, it's giving me unflatten one. https://dev.esl.cibc.com/api/packages/Rv-FLlnh_pmUZQ9VdKEVHGpP7D4=/documents/6249_1_Signer/pdf thanks, Cindy

Hi Cindy, There's a parameter "flatten=true" available for the Document Download API: 
GET /api/packages/{packageId}/documents/{documentId}/pdf?flatten=true

Hi Cindy, "Downloading a flattened document" hasn't been added to Java SDK yet. You can refer to this sample code that I created. Duo
