How to include date on signature field?

How do I customize the signature field in c# so that the date gets appended to the signature once the document is signed? (e.g. E-Signed by [Signer] on [Date])

Hey, If I understand correctly, you want to customize the text that appears on the document once a user signs?

Unfortunately, you will have to send our support team a request for this. Changing the text on the signature field cannot be done though the SDK/API.

Ok, am I able to submit this request for the sandbox account as I need it for UAT?
