How to set the callBack timeout settings for waiting more time

Hi , Enabled the Callback timeout to be configured to give the Callback endpoint extra time to process a Callback request. For above change where can we add timeout settings is it account level or need to append time out parameters to callback url. Thanks In Advance, Srinivas

Hi Srinivas, You will need to send support a request for this. Note that this setting is per environment. Hence, this change will affect all users. I'm assuming that your request will have to be evaluated by our Product Managers first and may or may not be accepted.
