According to this documentation, the maximum size of a single document is 16 MB.
However, from our daily practice, if the documentation has too many pages, or has too many auto extracted fields, the loading time and the performance during signing becomes a concern you may want to think about. In this regard, you may want to split the documents into several parts or compress the PDF before uploading if there's no specific reason to use the original copy.
