Input text field to multiple signers

Unfortunately, no. Each field must be tied to a signer's approval/signature. You could put this in as an Enhancement Idea, in the Enhancement Ideas forum. The best ways to get around this, as you likely already know :), would be to add a comments block for each signer or to finalize any changes/comments before creating the transaction and insert the proper text into the document for signing.
