Mobile Authenticator not working with Window Subsystem for Android
Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 04:25amHi, I am trying to get the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator 4.0 to work in Windows 11 via Window Subsystem for Android (WSA) but with no luck.
It just simply shows a loading screen and nothing happened after the loading screen is gone. Just wondering whether there is any way to get it to work?

Thanks for your post! Unfortunately I don't currently have a Window11 device by hand. Without further test, it sounds like the app might get stuck when asking for camera permissions.
If you want to try the Mobile Authenticator 4.0 app with a mobile phone, it's hosted on both Google Play and App Store. If you want to test with the .apk file, any chance you can install the .apk file with Android Studio or a mobile?

That is also what I thought at first hence I had went and gave it permission under the App Settings. It did not even works with Android Studio too.
I did have it on my phone but if I had it on my Window 11 PC, I would be much more convenient for me, especially so when the phone ran out of power. I guess that is too bad for me.
