Mobile signing experience issue

Hi Ryan, I did a test like this: Four documents and only doc 2 & 4 require signature for Signer 1. The two attachments are what I saw from Mobile Signing Ceremony: (1)Signer will directly skip docs which are not required; (2)I can see documents list from sidebar; (3)If I clicked on the documents which are not required signature, at the bottom of the screen, it says "No Signatures Required" So can you please share some screenshots of what you encountered in your MSC experience? Duo, My apologies for being very vauge. After running the test on my phone, the issue is with the default eSign Disclosures and Consent form. When you log in from a user that isn't a notary on PC, you are able to arrow past this first document and go on to the other documents. When you try to do this on your mobile, you do not get the chance to get past this document as you have to accept or Opt out.

Hi Ryan, Yes, I reproduced the same scenario and when I clicked "Accept" on Mobile, an error "A notarized package can't be signed without notary initial the process" shows up and prevents me from continue previewing the whole package. I will make a support ticket for you, post the ticket number here and follow up the case. Once I get any reply from our R&D team, I will update this thread. Duo
