Moving a User from One Account to Another

If we submit a ticket and have a user moved from one of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts to another of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts, does this also move their transactions, templates, layouts, etc.? We have one account that will eventually need to merge with another, and we want to be sure that we don't lose anything when that happens.

Hi Casey,

 

From what I understand, merge sender from account to account will also move their transactions, templates and layouts. Please fill in a support ticket for further confirmation and assistance.
