Need to create user editable fields

Hi Harishaidary, Thanks for your reply, Some how we managed and added all the fields but after signs the document, Nothing is happening, confirm menu is still disabled.

Can you share the package id for which you are experiencing this? And also provide me with the json payload used to create your package.
