New Signer Experience: Document e-mail notification and "Go To Document" link

0 votes

We are transitioning to New Signer Experience. When we test documents that are ready to sign, we are receiving e-mail notifications with one notable difference between classic and new signer experience: Given documents that have already expired and we click on "Go To Document" in the e-mail, the new signer experience is taking us to login screen. In the classic experience, the "Go To Document" link in the e-mail was taking us to an "Access denied" screen. Our business unit prefers the "Access denied" screen.

Please let me know if there is a solution for this.

Thanks.

Hi Esteban,

Do you mean for the same expired signing link, before you turned on the New Signer Experience, the link redirects you to an Access Denied page, while after turning on the feature, the new frontend code redirects the same link to login screen?

If that's the case, could you share this expired signing link to [email protected] so that I can help you check the lifecycle of this transaction, also I can learn better about your scenario?

Hi Duo:

Our document retention settings in the OneSpan admin were incorrect. Thanks for your response.
