Not receiving the PassCode on the Mobile while doing SMS Authentication

While I'm using the SMS Authentication type to authenticate a signer, the signer is not receiving the passcode SMS. Even I tried it with the package created using the sandbox environment. But, I'm not getting the passcode. Is there any ways to resolve this issue?.

, so the exit code shouldn't be included. You can always have a check for the format in Web Portal as the attachment shows. From my test, with dash and space or not in your phone number doesn't matter. After processing, the number would become +xxxxxxxxxx in OneSpan Sign system. The only thing is you need to assign the country number with the phone number and make sure the length of the whole number is correct.
