Hi, We've a scenario that requires use of digital signing capability in areas that may not have internet connectivity. Does eSignLive have or support any kind of 'offline' mode? thanks Neel

Hi Neel, The Android SDK does indeed have the capability to sign offline as per our documentation: http://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/sdk/l_esignlive_mobile_sdk/esignlive_android_sdk.htm

Hi Neel, Regarding offline signing, you don't have anything to do on your side. It's built-in the SDK. The transactions will sync-up automatically once you have internet access.

The way we have it is that there is one android app which invokes calls to esignlive android mobile sdk and the first step in that is login and everything thing else (create of transaction, adding document, adding signer, etc.) comes after login. When there is no connectivity available, will the login still go through?

Hey Neel, I believe the way this works is that he login must be successful prior to login working while offline.

Hi Neel, Sorry for the late response. I've been having issues with my email and I missed your reply. For the first login, you will need to be online. Then, your credentials will be cached and you can login offline.
