OneSpan Sign application has been crashed

The procedure:
1. Download OneSpan Sign from App Store.
2. I tap “Login to your account”.
3. I entered Email address ([email protected]) and password.
I selected “United States” as eSignLive Location.
I use iPad ( 6th generation, MR7G2J/A) on iPadOS 13.4.1.
The crashed time is 12:02 (JST).
We have observed this issue at the crashed several times.

I had a quick test with my iPad pro (MTXQ2VC/A), with iOS 13.4.1, but can't reproduce the crash. Are you consistently experiencing the crash or it's intermittent?
Also, please have a check to your credentials, because the mobile App points to the production environment (https://apps.esignlive.com), instead of sandbox. So it might be the issue that the login failure caused the crash due to the error handling between the different the devices/ iOS versions.
