Orientation issues on mobile device with signing ceremony in iFrame

When the signing ceremony is in an iFrame on a mobile device in portrait orientation there is a message asking the user to turn their mobile device to a landscape orientation. However, when you do this nothing happens and I don't think the signing ceremony is picking up on the orientation change event firing. If you were to go to an iFrame loaded signing ceremony already in landscape orientation it works fine. So, I was wondering if any one could provide any insight as to how we can resolve this issue?
