Package status is 'InProgress' after signing all documents

Hello, I could see the package is still in progress even though all the signers have completed signing all the documents. We couldn't understand why it happened. Could you please help me out with this. packageid: "RhfCTrfhhO1UKS2A1rQU6FFto_8=" Thanks, Sushma

And also, are you doing any modifications to the package between the first time you're sending the package and signing has been completed?

It is in 'InProgress' and we didn't made any modifications to the package. We could even see the documents in the package have all required signatures but PackageStatus is 'InProgress'. Thanks, Sushma

I spoke with the support team and there was a similar case where deleting unsigned documents from a package didn't change the package status from "in progress" to "completed". That's why I asked you if you did any modifications to the package. If it's happening to a specific package and I'm assuming you are not doing anything different than any other package, you should contact support to have a look it. They will be in a better position to help you at this point. [email protected] Edit: And if you find a resolution through support, can you please post the solution here?
