Hi Mario, There is an API call for the classic environment but not yet for the new environment:https://community.onespan.com/forum/api-call-check-esignlive-server-availability. What I can suggest is for the new environment to do a simple: GET https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/sysinfo call. If you get successful response, then you can assume our servers are up and running. Otherwise, you can visit https://trust.esignlive.com to check for any downtime report.
